Deborah Foster bought her first home in Puerto Vallarta almost 11 years ago, and moved here as a full-time resident two years later. Although claiming to be retired for 7 years, Deborah was actually spending almost all of her time obsessively analyzing the local real estate market, and buying and selling property for her own account.

Over two years ago Deborah began selling real estate in Nayarit as a full time agent; she moved from Nuevo Vallarta to Bucerias a few months ago, and joined the staff of El Grupo Bienes Raices at that time. Prior to Zena’s entry into real estate 1 year ago, she was involved for many years in various aspects of the customer service and retail industries. Argelia is a native of the Baneras Bay and began working at a very early age in the hotel industry of Puerto Vallarta.  She then joined the team of engineers, Guillermo Wulf an Senor Garcia Rojas in the administration office and sales.

They were very popular in the Puerto Vallarta area at that time and were responsible for building the first project in Marina Vallarta.
